- The Sure-VAC™ S270 Series Clean Bedding Delivery System is an industrial vacuum system designed to transport and dispense clean bedding materials used within cage wash facilities.
Key Features :
- System
- The typical Sure-VAC™ system consists of a loading system with I-Beam hoist, or direct fill unit, conveyance piping, pre-separator, vacuum piping, dust filtration, vacuum producer, exhaust filter, and system controls. Bedding dispenser provided as required.
- Configuration
- Three possible configurations available for clean bedding loading. A manual load hopper for stand-alone applications. A bulk bag loader for integrated I-Beam hoist and frame systems with Iris valve isolation hopper. And a direct fill bag loader system with flexible hose attachment directly to the bulk bedding bag.
- Capability
- Convey distances up to 1000 feet maintaining a transport velocity of 30 m/s. Can accommodate multiple bedding inlet ports and multiple bedding discharge ports to bedding dispensers if required. Operates with different styles of bedding dispensers such as rainfall and metered.
- Vacuum Producer
- The central vacuum producer incorporating a 15 – 75 HP pump properly sized can be either centrifugal multi-stage pumps or regenerative blowers pending site requirements.
- Controls
- Main controls panel located near the clean bedding loading station and remote controls panel typically located near the bedding dispenser are push button type. Optional touchscreen interface with PLC controls and factory Ethernet connectivity are available.
