The BetterBuilt Automated Conveyor System (ACS) is part of the Activ™ automation suite of products. A multi-configuration conveyor system which automatically loads and unloads glassware or surgical instrument processing racks. Ideal for a centralized washing room, provided in a small footprint. Multiple BetterBuilt G403 or D403 washers can be integrated together and controlled individually or from one central 12″ color touchscreen. A simple tab ID system on each rack provides automatic cycle selection for maximum efficiency. And for those unexpected, rush processing requirements, each washer can be manually operated independent of the automation system!
